Soto Ayam Kedu (Jawa Tengah)
Spicy chicken soup


Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
500g chicken
200g tempeh semangit
150g cabbage
100g bean sprouts
2 salam leaves
6 cm lengkuas/galangal
6 cm jahe
2 tbsp palm sugar
2000 ml water

Haluskan:
bumbu:
7 shallots
6 cloves garlic
1 tomato
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar

Pelengkap:
Complementary:
1 celery, finely chopped
1 spring onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp bawang goreng

Cara membuat:
Preparation:
Cut the chicken into pieces. Cut the tempeh into cubes. Finely chop the cabbage. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat the water in a pan with the bumbu and chicken and cook until half-cooked. Then add the tempeh, palm sugar, salam, lengkuas, and jahe and cook until tender.
Next, add the cabbage and bean sprouts and cook, while stirring, for 1 minute. Serve
