Semur Dadar Teri Polong
Omelet with anchovy in spicy sauce

4 cloves of garlic
1 red lombok
2 cm jahe
2 spring onions
200 ml beef broth (see recipe)
4 tbsp kecap manis
3 tbsp chopped tomato
1 tsp vinegar
2 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp maizena/corn starch dissolved in 1 tbsp water
50 gr peas

Bahan dadar teri:
Omelette Ingredients:
4 eggs
4 cloves of garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 onion
100 gr ikan teri (nasi) / anchovy
50 gr of carrot

Cara Membuat:
For the dadar: chop the garlic, the carrot, the onion and the ikan teri finely. Beat the eggs with all the ingredients into a smooth mass. Heat in a pan 3 tablespoons of oil and add the egg mixture, cover and cook it gently until done. Spoon it out of the pan and cut it into pieces.
For the sauce: Cut the garlic, the lambok, the jahe and the spring onion into thin slices. Heat in a pan 4 tablespoons of oil and fry the garlic, the jahe, the lombok and the spring onion for 3 minutes. Then add the broth, the tomatoes, the vinegar, the palm sugar and the maizena solution and mix well. When sauce thickens add the peas and mix well until it is cooked. Sproon the sauce over the dadar and serve.
