spare-ribs with pineapple
Ingredients:
500 gr spare-ribs
300 gr pineapple
2 tbsp light soy-sauce (kecap asin)
2 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp rice wine
2 tbsp palmsugar
2 tbsp ketchup
600 ml water
3 tbsp oil
Preperation/method:
Cut the ribs separate. Cut the pineapple in 4 cm pieces. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the pare-ribs until golden brown and the fat is crisp. Then add the remaining ingredients and let it simmer slowly for 60 minutes.
