braised seasoned beef
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
700 gr of beef
600 ml of water
2 tbsp kecap asin
1 tbsp palm sugar
1 tbsp ang siu / vinegar
4 cm cinnamon
3 star anise
2 cm jahe
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 cloves of garlic
3 red lomboks
1 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into cubes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat the water in a pan and bring to a boil. Then add all ingredients and mix well. Cook until the meat is done and the sauce has thickened. Remove the meat from the pan. Strain the sauce and serve together.
