Sup Ikan Gulung
soup with fish rolls
Bahan ikan gulung:
ingredients fish rolls:
10 pangsit sheets (see recipe)
200 gr tuna fillet
3 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp sago flour
1 egg
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
50 ml of ice water
1/2 tsp sesame oil

1500 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
1 sprig of celery
4 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1 spring onion
200 grams of paksoy
1 tbsp oil
Cara Membuat:

Chop the tuna and garlic very fine. Mix this with the egg, pepper, palm sugar, sesame oil, fish sauce, salt and sago to a homogeneous mass. Divide the mass into 10 servings and roll them into a pangsit sheet. Then steam the rolls until cooked and cut them into 1 cm thick strips.
Cut the garlic and spring onion into thin slices. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic golden brown and set aside. Heat in a pan the broth together with celery and garlic and add the salt, pepper and palm sugar and bring to the boil. Then add the spring onion and the paksoy and cook until done.
Put the fish rolls in the soup bowls and pour the soup over it and serve.
