fried fish in a spicy sauce


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1 ikan gurami (1000 gr), else trout
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp salt
oil

Bahan untuk saus:
ingredients sauce:
300 ml thick coconut milk (kental)
3 shallots
7 cloves garlic
4 kemiri nuts
3 cm kunyit
1 tsp ketumbar
2 serai/sereh/lemongrass
11 red rawits
3 salam leaves
2 jeruk purut leaves
1 red tomato
2 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Rub the fish with the lime juice and salt and let it soak for 15 minutes. Heat the oil in a pan and then fry the fish until brown and done and put aside. Pound or grind the shallots, garlic, kemiri, kunyit, ketumbar and serai into a paste. Cut the tomato into pieces.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the salam, jeruk purut, palm sugar and salt and fry for 5 minutes. Then add the coconut milk while stirring and add the tomato and the rawits.
Then add the fish and bring to the boil while stirring. Serve.
